Livestock exhibitors work hard all year long to prepare showing their animals at the county fair. One key detail in completing all the necessary forms to participate include having an accurate livestock premises registration for the location where the livestock reside.

Here are a few important details to keep in mind:

• Premises registrations only need to be renewed every three years, if the contact information has not changed or the livestock on the premises has not changed.
• While a youth exhibitor may own the animal, it is important for the premises owner to remain the primary contact on the registration form.
• Accurate premises registration information is a responsibility of the exhibitor, not the county fair.
