MADISON — The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) in partnership with the Wisconsin Livestock Identification Consortium (WLIC) is reminding anyone who owns livestock* to register the location where animals are kept. This is referred to as premises registration.
